Acne Bloom

Hi there 🙋🏻‍♀️ Welcome to Acne Bloom

So here I was, doing my morning workouts and an idea popped! “Skin care Blog” and here we are 🥺

I thought We should introduce ourselves and get to know each other better 🥺👉👈 I’ll go first, I’m Kindness Onodua and I bloom with Acne 🌺 What about you?

My Acne Journey started when I was 9. I remember thinking it was heat rashes and my siblings pointed it out to be Acne. I Didn’t believe them at the time but fast forward to 2021 and here I am, literally blooming with Acne.

Now, it hasn’t been easy, there were good times when I thought My Acne was gone but boom! It’s back and in its glory. Tried a lot and I mean a lot of lotions, serums, cleansers, drugs, name it. Sometimes the products worked and later stopped. Sometimes it only worsened my situation.

The thing about skin care is that what works so well for one person may not work for the other, it may even worsen the other person’s situation. Frustrating isn’t it?

Everybody’s journey is different. What describes your skin journey isn’t “perfection” but “progress”. I’d like to know about your Skin journey and how far you’ve gone. Has it been rocky? Smooth sailing? Outright bad? Do you have acne or some other skin condition? Is your skin absolutely flawless? I want to know all about it.

This blog isn’t just to help you get rid of Acne, it is also to help you bloom with acne, to love your skin as you journey through Acne and to let you know you’re not alone.

If you want to bloom with me, Please hit the like button, follow and leave a comment 😘

Till next time, bloomers 🌺💞

  1. Nice write-up kindy😘, also had acne while growing up mine was very big, it was annoying and frustrating, and like you rightly said what works for one person may not work for the other is the truth because I tried almost everything I could think of to get rid of the acne but to no avail. Though after trying for long finally got the one that worked for me 😊. Thank you so much for this write up

  2. It’s a great idea. I think people suffer a lot from ache and they don’t know how to deal with it. They result to different types of procedures just to get them out. For me I haven’t had much of ache and when I do I don’t bother about them.

  3. This is a good platform . Most people struggle with acne and some are criticized for it. Having a platform where they can share their story a place that can help them see they are beautiful despite their acne will really be helpful

  5. My baby started her blog and I’m not crying I promise!!! 🥺🥺💜💜

I had acne as a teenager but it became easier as I got older. I still get them from time to time, mostly when my period comes but my major concern now is the way my skin disrespects me sometimes. Sometimes I don’t get it. Today, my face is smooth and glowing, tomorrow I’m looking like God forbid. I want 24/7, 365 days glow and I know I’m going to learn a lot from your blog.

I can’t wait to read more from you, babe.

  7. Well, well, well. Thank goodness this is coming especially now when I need a flawless skin, so they won’t deny my Visa to the abroad.

Well, as you know my dear sister, we’ve been in this acne journey together. Mine started when I was 9 before puberty. It was horrible because I was in primary school and I was the only one in class with acne, I got laughed at and blah blah blah. Fast forward to my last year in secondary school, I decided to just let the face and not try anymore products on it.

I’m glad this is a safe space for people to share and learn❤ Thank you, Kindie

  8. This beautiful!! Well I had really bad acne as a teenager while growing up. Along the way it got better, and my face became smooth but sometimes, few just pop’s out and I’m like oh not now again. But then I’ve learnt to live comfortably in own skin. I believe I’ll learn a lot from this🙂
